Now I'm beginning to think that it is ME that has the issue with communication. I dunno, but it seems that I cannot communicate with people with English as a second language. I mean, if I ask Bong, "what do you charge per month?" I want to know what he charges for a month. That would be what do you charge for BOTH of your monthly visits. If he answers $50, I am going to assume that $50 means that he is charging me $50 per month, and that means $25 per visit. Apparently not to him. Apparently when he said $50, he meant PER VISIT. I just do not get why I cannot seem to communicate with people lately.
Like Filipino doctor's office. When they tell me, "he's going to be gone from today through September 4" on August 26th, then that means he is not seeing patients on the 28th. But he did. WTF? I think I need to learn how to speak Filipino. All three major dialects, I suppose. *sigh*
